If a leadership paradigm is wrong, everything in practice (outcomes) will be wrong.
I think this is just today’s situation – today’s leadership paradigms are wrong because we have too many bad leaders.
Proper leadership paradigm must include behaviours standards for leaders and how to monitor them.
First of all, we must define which necessary competencies are mandatory (needed) for all good leaders.
Everything outside a proper leadership paradigm is improvisation, and it is not allowed for good leadership.
Keep in mind: Every improvisation gives results which are far less than potentials, needs and wishes.
